When precision is required, it is not enough to settle for less. This peristaltic pump can dose and micro-dosage water treatment systems with an accuracy of 0.01ml and can be controlled remotely.
Opportunity: Addressing Unmet Needs
This project arose from a unique opportunity to address unmet needs in the market. Inspired by my father’s struggle to find a reliable solution for precise water dosing, I recognized the need for a high-precision dose device. Motivated by the challenge, I embarked on a mission to create an innovative solution that would revolutionize water treatment systems.
This opportunity allowed me to fill a crucial gap in the market, offering a peristaltic pump that exceeds existing options in accuracy and control. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and a meticulous approach, the Peristaltic Pump was developed, catering to the specific requirements of marine aquariums, hydroponic environments, and thermal water treatments. This groundbreaking development has the potential to transform the industry, providing a superior alternative where none previously existed.
Project Description
The Peristaltic Pump was initially developed to meet the micro-dosing requirements of supplies for marine aquariums. However, its versatility extends far beyond that, making it suitable for hydroponic environments and thermal water treatments as well. The pump’s intricate design incorporates state-of-the-art technology to ensure precision and efficiency in every operation.
At the heart of the Peristaltic Pump is a hall effect encoder, meticulously calibrated to verify the precise number of steps taken by the integrated stepper motor. This internal mechanism establishes a closed control system, guaranteeing exceptional accuracy and consistency. Additionally, the pump employs a sine wave modulator, which enables whisper-quiet operation, making it ideal for environments where noise reduction is essential.
